Software Engineer accomplished in the full product life-cycle and technical execution.

Paul directs the engineering and product lifecycle at Tengeza Labs, and steers the long-term product roadmap for Tengeza Labs. Drawing from his extensive real-world experience in software development, he guides the development, deployment, and scaling of company products.

Dr. Isaiah Mulang' Onando

Co-founder & Head of AI Research & Strategy

AI researcher with a PhD in Computer Science, world leader in AI and Computer Science.

Isaiah directs the company’s AI architecture, overseeing model selection, evaluation frameworks, and responsible-AI practices. As a global leader in Computer Science and AI, he translates advanced computer science research into disruptive, real-world applications across all Tengeza Labs initiatives.
